Im Paulas sind wir am ersten Abend aus Zufall gelandet, weil wir dringend noch einen Tisch gesucht haben. Das Restaurant ist sehr stilvoll. Das Essen war sehr, sehr fein und gut abgestimmt. Unsere Kinder waren auch gern gesehene Gäste. Die Kinderspeisekarte ist ebenfalls gehoben und mein 1. Kind hat sich sehr gefreut dass es mal ein Filetsteak auf der Kinderkarte gab. Die Musik ist sehr dezent im Hintergrund. Alles in allem wirklich ein sehr gelungenes Erlebnis. Wir waren am letzten Abend des Urlaubs nochmal dort und werden im nächsten Jahr mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Meine Frau und ich waren sechs Nächte im Marent und haben fünf mal im Paulas á la carte zu Abend gegessen. Außerdem haben wir sechs mal das Vergnügen gehabt dort zu frühstücken. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön gestaltet, die Speisen hochwertig und raffiniert! Wir hatten vier mal ein Fünf-Gänge-Menü und an einem Abend haben wir uns für das Wiener Schnitzel und vorab einen Wildkräutersalat entschieden. Jedes Abendessen war ein absolut positives Erlebnis! Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was wir von einem guten Frühstück erwarten. Tolle Auswahl und qualitativ hochwertige Produkte. Kaffee und Eierspeisen/Eiervarianten konnte man nach eigenem Geschmack bestellen und sich frischzubereitet servieren lassen. Das Team ist freundlich, höflich und sehr kompetent! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Paulas uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Die Küche überzeugt täglich aufs Neue durch ihre Exzellenz. Geschmacklich bewegt sich das Angebot auf höchstem Niveau und präsentiert sich dabei äußerst kreativ. Das Personal zeichnet sich durch seine Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und zuvorkommenden Service aus. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine vielfältige und frische Auswahl. Insgesamt eine uneingeschränkte Bewertung von 5 von 5 Punkten!

Alles wunderbar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Das Essen und der Service ist hervorragend, die Weinauswahl sehr gut! Relativ einfache Gleichung: gehobene Küche = gehobene Preise. Wer lieber ein Schnitzel für 10€ möchte, sollte am besten in der Hexenalm bleiben Wir kommen wieder!
